Market Analyst - Young Men's
Job Description:
As part of our merchandising team, the Market Analyst identifies key trends, items and retail concepts, provides customized research and industry intelligence, and meets regularly with clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will build strong working relationships with our retail clients and the vendor community. This position requires extensive industry knowledge and direct contacts within the wholesale marketplace, as well as excellent communication (both written and oral presentations), analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Windows Support Technician
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a sincere dedication to customer service.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The Sr. Windows Support Technician will be a member of a technical support team and will be responsible for providing all levels of technical support within a mixed network of 150 Windows and MAC users. The candidate must have broad technical experience extending from PCs and servers to network infrastructure, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced creative environment and proven success working with a great deal of autonomy.
Required Skills:
- Broad experience with Windows 7 and Windows XP
- Experience with Windows 2008/Exchange 2010 environment including user account creation and file permissions
- Hands-on experience configuring, building and maintaining PCs and servers
- Experience with MITEL phone systems
- Experience with web content management systems strongly desired
- Some background or exposure to Digital Asset Management
- Microsoft Office 2010 - Strong PowerPoint essential
- Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite including PhotoShop and Illustrator
- Some experience with MAC
- Equipment installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Printers, Scanners, Network Copiers and other computer peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with 'Cloud' Technologies such as Dropbox, Adobe send now, and similar services. Blackberries, iPhones, Droids and other PDA Phones that link to Exchange .
General experience:
- Knowledge of Routers, Firewalls and associated devices.
- Concepts of VLAN, IP sub-netting, VPN and TCP/IP communications.
- SQL server
- Experience with McAfee EpO
Education and Experience:
- At least 4 years of proven ability in a business environment
- MCSE in Windows 7/2008 preferred
