Abbey Doneger
President
Mr. Doneger joined the Company in 1973 and became President in 1980. He initiates strategic planning for the Company, overseeing all Company operations, maintaining client relationships, and developing new business. Through the addition of services and divisions and the acquisition of several competitive buying offices, Mr. Doneger has developed The Doneger Group into the largest and most prominent fashion and retail merchandising consulting firm in the industry.

Thomas Burns
Senior Vice President
Mr. Burns is responsible for overseeing Doneger Creative Services, HDA International, maintaining and building client relationships and supporting the company's strategic and new business initiatives. He has over 25 years of industry experience and originally joined The Doneger Group in 1990. Mr. Burns was formerly President of Ballinger Gold, a better knitwear manufacturer and Vice President of Kirk Palmer & Associates, an industry-focused executive search firm.

Leslie Ghize
Senior Vice President
Ms. Ghize is responsible for working with the Company's senior executives with regards to marketing initiatives and new business development. Before joining The Doneger Group, Ms. Ghize spent 10 years at Talbots in trend research and product development.

Roseanne Cumella
Senior Vice President, Merchandising - Dresses, Suits, Outerwear
Ms. Cumella's responsibilities include overseeing each of these divisions, developing strategic merchandising plans and cultivating relationships with the Company's retail clients and key industry manufacturers. Prior to joining The Doneger Group in 1986, Ms. Cumella was with Associated Dry Goods as Divisional Vice President.

Kathy Bradley-Riley
Senior Vice President, Merchandising - Sportswear, Special Sizes, Accessories, Intimate Apparel
Ms. Bradley-Riley is responsible for managing the operations and client development for her divisions. She joined The Doneger Group in 1990 as Merchandise Manager of Menswear and Childrenswear and progressed to Women's Sportswear, including Misses and Juniors, in 1997, and Accessories and Intimate Apparel in 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Bradley-Riley worked for 11 years in buying, merchandising and product development at VBW Associates.

Lee Mandelbaum
Executive Vice President, Price Point Buying
Mr. Mandelbaum leads a team of market specialists in sourcing the most opportunistic buys for clients of Price Point Buying, the Company's off-price buying division. He joined The Doneger Group in 1996 when the Company acquired the firm in which he was a partner, Certified Fashion Guild. Mr. Mandelbaum has over 19 years of experience in off-price merchandising.

Maryanne Moore
Director, Office Operations and Human Resources
Ms. Moore is involved in all aspects of personnel relations as well as administrative and office operations. Ms. Moore has had a variety of responsibilities in the Company including product development, office management and collaboration with Mr. Doneger on various strategic projects, giving her broad knowledge of the business as a whole. Ms. Moore joined the Company in 1987 after nine years at the Van Buren Buying Office, which was acquired by The Doneger Group.

Margaret Lorenz
Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations
Ms. Lorenz is responsible for providing financial, administrative, operational and technical leadership and guidance to the Company. In addition, she has spearheaded the redevelopment of the corporate website and been instrumental in streamlining all publishing and production processes. Ms. Lorenz joined the Company in 2000 with 10 years of accounting and finance experience in both publicly and privately held corporations.
